Nothing better than relaxing during the day enjoying the lake, nature, the mountains, and the fresh breeze that blows through the trees, and at night enjoying some good drinks, good company, music, dancing, and much more.
If you don't want to stay inside your cabin in Big Bear, then visit the bars that Big Bear has to offer you and have fun!! CHEERS!!!
Av Bar & Nightclub
Most of the night spots in Big Bear Lake follow that rustic, outdoor, forest kind of vibe, but AV Nightclub bucks the trend with its large dance floor and modern ambiance. Located on Pine Knot Avenue, the nightclub provides ample space to dance and the music is always changing from pop and rock to hip-hop and electronic.
The club also has a small kitchen that serves some pretty good sandwiches and small bites like hummus plates and sliders to share.
Whiskey Dave's
Whiskey Dave's is a fun bar where tourists and locals hang out and listen to live music on most nights with a beer or cocktail in their hands. It's located in the heart of the Village and most nights of the week, the bar usually has some type of live music on stage.
The kitchen serves pub food like burgers, fries, and sandwiches and when there is no music, the pool table only costs a buck per game. Overall, Whiskey Dave's is an unpretentious spot that serves its purpose as a bar.
Murray's Saloon & Eatery
Murray's is a local watering hole where all types come together. Inside you'll see bicyclists, campers, day tourists from L.A., and locals from nearby towns with a pint in their hand.
Murray doesn't only serve beers or drinks, the kitchen also serves massive burgers, sandwiches, and delectable appetizers. The large outdoor patio keeps the spot crowded during summer and the pool table and free popcorn keep the crowds inside during those winter days.
