Check in for all properties located in Big Bear Lake is at our office at 508 Main St., Big Bear Lake, CA 92315. The office opens for check-in at 1:00PM; however, this does not guarantee an early check-in to the property which is set at 4:00PM. If you would like an early check-in, please inquire on the morning of your arrival.

We will need a copy of your government photo ID and a signed copy of the Good Neighbor Policy (if staying in Big Bear Lake). If you haven’t signed the Good Neighboy Policy prior to check-in, a copy will be provided for you to sign at the office.

No. The guest whose name is on the reservation must be the guest who checks in and has their ID verified.

You may add guests to your reservation as long as the amount of people does not exceed the maximum occupancy stated in the property’s description. Each property has a maximum occupancy and maximum number of cars.

Check-in time is 4:00 PM. If you would like an early check-in, please inquire on the morning of your arrival. Property-specific check-out instructions will be provided the night before your departure.

It is not required to return to the office to checkout.
